1. Water with ginger

Preparation: Just boil the water (four cups) and add a spoon and a half of grated ginger. Then let it stand for ten minutes and strain. You can drink hot or cold. There are also those who add honey or maple syrup and a little lemon juice.

Preparation: Add water and vinegar in a glass or jar. Shake. Then add the ginger slices and you are ready to drink.

Preparation: Make an infusion that you can drink throughout the day. Just add a teaspoon of chili powder to a cup of water and go drinking.
